Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their booking based on the following conditions:

24 hours before the scheduled service → Full refund
Less than 24 hours → Refund may not be available
Same day / No-show → No refund

2. Refund Process

Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Payment gateways (Razorpay etc.) timelines apply

3. Service Provider Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled due to:

Weather conditions
Safety concerns
Operational issues
Government restrictions

            We will either:

            ✔ Reschedule your booking OR

            ✔ Provide a full refund

4. Modification of Booking

Booking changes (date/service) can be requested and will be approved based on availability.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No-show at service location
Late arrival
Incorrect booking details
Violation of service rules

6. Processing Time

Refund processing depends on banking systems and payment methods. Please allow reasonable time.
